Q: What services do you offer?

We offer the following:

- Vinyl application print
- Transfer printing
- Screen printing

Q: Is there a minimum order?

This will depend on the process used for your particular job, but generally, no. We will state in the quote, or contact you if there is a minimum.

Q: How quick can you get my job done?

Please state your deadline when enquiring. Standard turnaround time is 3 days for most orders, but every job is different. If you require your goods faster than this, please ask to see if it will be possible. All rushed jobs are charged as such. If your job will take longer than 3 days (screen print/embroidery) you will be advised with your quote.

Generally as long as mostly cotton or poly cotton mix. If you are unsure, please state what you have in mind when requesting a quote.

Q: How / When do I pay?

We will take all payment before commencing with a job, as standard. As each job is bespoke and unique, we need to order your goods and supplies before we can proceed. There are sometimes exceptions to this which is at our discretion.

Q: Can you create my artwork and designs for me?

If you require basic setups and reproductions of simple logos - yes, it's built in to your quote. Unfortunately, we do not offer a full design service at this time.

Q: Can I supply my own clothing? / Will it make it cheaper?

Yes you can, although all costs are carefully tailored to be fair, so any savings on your part will be minimal at best. We also will not guarantee print quality and durability on supplied clothing. Please note: If you are supplying previously worn clothing, please be sure it is fully washed and dry before giving it to us. We will not print on unwashed clothing.

Q: What happens if things go wrong?

We will always supply you with a visual representation proof before we proceed, and will only print what you have approved, so please make sure to check thoroughly. Supplied garments will be as requested and specified. All clothing has sizing and colour tolerances and can sometimes be slightly different sizes or shades, albeit rarely. This is as to be expected, as at any retail outlet.

Please note: We will not be held responsible for approved errors at proofing stage, customer errors in selecting clothing colours, or for clothing manufacturing or garment colour inconsistencies.

We will always try our best to work with you to resolve any problems if they arise.
